A fun river tubing adventure like no other! Welcome to Jamaica, the land of wood and water. Hop on your inner tube for a fun ride downstream gliding across mild rapids as you explore the many beautiful native plants, colourful birds and fishes. The best experience is to float downstream to see the beautiful White River that forms the border for the garden parish of St. Ann which is the birth parish of international icon, Bob Marley and St. Mary which was one of the first sections of the island to be occupied by the Spaniards in 1655. The White River holds an indelible mark in Jamaica’s history as it was once a historic site used as a source of transportation for sugarcane and bananas during the colonial period. The White River is an attractive river that gets its name from the white limestone rocks that line the cool riverbed giving it a crystal clear appearance forming reflections from tall trees enveloping this natural beauty.
Just before your activity, you will be briefed by your river guide who will provide you with supplementary safety and excursion procedures for an exciting experience. Next, hop on your inner tube as you float down the renowned White River like the Spaniards once did. Then off to The Aquaville Rush, a beautiful botanical garden with a versatile restaurant and bar serving delectable dishes and cocktails. At The Aquaville Rush, the entertainment is nonstop, from graceful tunes of reggae music, dance segments, games and a warm Jamaican hospitality. Have a sun tan or simply enjoy a flavourful ‘Taste of Jamaica’ lunch by the poolside as you devour juicy jerk chicken and escovitch fish and ‘flavor the vibes’ with a well cold Aquaville Sunrise cocktail. At the discretion of your tour guide, you will be given an opportunity to shop local emblems, spices, t-shirts and souvenirs from our gift shop onsite.
